Power showers are basically a mixer valve (thermostatic or Manual) which is boosted by a pump. Power showers are the bathroom shower of choice if you like to have invigorating shower but have a low pressure water system.

Power showers come in two types, Integrated Power Showers which incorporate a pump in the shower housing (which looks similar to an electric shower) and mixer valve showers with a separate pump (these tend to be more powerful).
